Everything bagel bites are delightful than ever!
Recreating these homemade everything bagel bites, gluten-free, so simple and easy, was the highlight of my week. The idea of making these mini stuffed bagels instantly without any formal preparation was just refreshing. You can bake them in the oven or make them in the air fryer; either way, they are ready to eat in a few minutes.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup all purpose flour – gluten-free mix
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (not regular yogurt since it can get a bit sticky)
- 1 whole egg beaten
- Everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or any seasoning of your choice
Cream Cheese Filling:
- 4 tbsp – half package cream cheese ( You can use 1/3 less fat, if you like at room temperature)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dill
- 1 cup chopped scallions (add less or more depending on your taste)
Method:
Dough Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F ( 190 degrees C)
Lightly grease a standard sheet pan. If using parchment paper on a baking sheet, spray with oil to avoid sticking.
In a bowl, add all-purpose gluten-free flour, baking powder and salt. Mix it well and keep it aside.
Non-fat Greek yogurt picture is missing in the group ingredients but here it is in my measuring cup.

Add the yogurt and mix it until well combined, it will look like small crumbles.

Lightly dust flour on a work surface and remove dough from the bowl.
Knead the dough well until it is soft and pliable, but not sticky.
Knead for about 20-25 minutes (make sure the dough does not stick to your hands when you release – that means it’s ready).

Divide dough into 8 equal balls. Flatten each ball into circles and then cover them for about 20 minutes.
In the meantime, make the cream cheese filling. Please follow the recipe in my earlier blog post Everything Bagel Bites.

Place 1/2 tbsp cream cheese filling (you made earlier) inside each ball.
Roll the dough with stuffing into a tiny ball and place it on the baking sheet.
Top with egg wash and sprinkle with seasoning of your choice if desired.
Bake on the top rack of the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Let it cool at least 10 minutes before eating.
Yum! These stuffed mini bagel bites turned out super delicious. They appear deeper brown simply because I let them sit in the oven for a few extra minutes because I like them crispy.
No yeast, no boiling, no heavy kneading and to top it all gluten-free! 🙂
I hope you try making these cuties – savory or sweet a perfect any time snack.
Enjoy…! 😊 Try it out and let me know what you think!😊
