Let vitamin C from strawberries exfoliate and brighten your skin!
Skin cells require the right nutrition, regular cleansing, proper hydration, and good exfoliation.
Exfoliation removes dead cells, leaves the skin clean, helps absorb the application of topical products, improves elasticity, and minimizes fine lines. The best way to exfoliate is to use natural ingredients available at home.
We will use strawberries mixed with honey and yogurt in this recipe. Strawberry is a natural brightening agent with rich Vitamin C to refresh dull skin. Their tiny seeds exfoliate gently and remove dead skin cells. And the antioxidants in honey and yogurt act as nourishing agents.

Ingredients:
- 6 Strawberries
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
Method:
- Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Blend on low speed until smooth with the consistency of a face mask; you don’t have to add water; strawberries will provide the moisture.
- Pour the mixture into a clean bowl or a small container.
Directions for Use:
- Wash your face well before applying the mask.
- Apply the mask evenly with a spatula or clean fingers to cover your entire face – cheeks, chin, forehead. Mind your eyes! ๐
- Strawberries can cause a tingling in the skin for some people. If this is you, then leave it on only for a short time.
- Allow it to sit for 10 – 15 mins..
- Wash thoroughly with lukewarm water.
- Use this mask once or twice a week.

My skin right after I washed it…feels smoother and softer than before. ๐
Try it out and let me know what you think!๐
